Substantially damaged on 16 February 1991 on a flight from Southampton Airport. Engine stopped and aircraft dug in and overturned during emergency landing in a field. Bad damage to rear fuselage, rear and canard wings and other parts. Despite this, remained on civil register until permanently withdrawn from use in April 2023.
