One of three ex-RAF Lightning T5's delivered to Cranfield, along with three F6's, for private owner. Struck off charge 24 June 1988 and flown to Cranfield on 29th in camouflaged scheme, coded 'DY'. Sold in 2001 to Russell Carpenter. Kept in 'live' condition and seen here with 111 Squadron scheme on the starboard side. (92 Squadron scheme applied to the port side).
