One of five Comet 4B's (plus one for spares) acquired from BEAC in Jan 1970 to fulfil a contract to provide holiday charter services for Lyon Tours (Colne). Note minimal change of colour scheme from when previously operated by Olympic Airways. Sold to Dan-Air in 1972 after Channel Airways went into receivership. Scrapped in 1982 after use by MoD for anti-terrorist ground training exercises.
