First flown at Woodford 10 February 1966 as G-ATEK. Delivered to Channel Airways 28 March 1966. Became V2-LIV, RP-C1041, G-ATEK & CS-TAV. Leased to Air Senegal December 1988 until July 1989 when put into storage at Southend. It never flew again
