First flown at Woodford 22 June 1979. 748 2B demonstrator followed by leases to DLT, Air Virginia & Cascade Airways in 1981. Leased again to DLT in February 1982. Leased to Airline of the Marshall Islands in June 1982 becoming MI-GJV. Sold to British Airways as G-BGJV and delivered 7 January 1985. Later CR834 with the Sri Lankan Air Force and operated by Helitours as 4R-HVA. Shot down by a SAM missile on approach to Palaly AFB 29 April 1995
