First flown at Chester 5 Novenber 1969 as G-AXPX. Ferried to Montreal 15 November 1969 for completion by Atlantic Aviation (Canada). Delivered to Norwest SA 5 April 1970 as VP-BDH. Struck by a runaway DC-6 whilst parked overnight at San Jose, Costa Rica 19 February 1974. Port wing and forward fuselage damaged. Sold to AJI 7 June 1974 and moved to Van Nuys for repair. Reflown 1 July 1975 as N125AJ. Later N400AG, N11SQ, XA-ROJ, N165AG & N800GE
