Acquired by Southend based Ekco Electronics in October 1967, replacing their Anson G-ALIH. Used as testbed for Concorde weather radar system. Last flight 24 January 1971 at Southend Airport and transferred to the then forming Historic Aircraft Museum. Museum closed March 1983. 'GPG left April 1986. Stored at Hooton Park, Cheshire before being scrapped in 2012. Cockpit section saved and restored, then displayed at Avro Heritage Museum, Woodford Aerodrome.
