Destroyed in fatal crash near Staines shortly after taking off from Heathrow on 18/6/72. On 3/7/68 it was struck and extensively damaged by Ambassador G-AMAD which left the runway at Heathrow on landing and crashed, also damaging Trident G-ARPT beyond economic repair.
