In BA we always referred to the owner as 'Dubai Airwing'. We had the maintenance contract during the 80's/90's. It was basically the personal transport of Sheik M. Al-Makhtoum of race horse fame and had a metre long solid bronze sculpture of his favourite horse mounted on a plinth immediately inside the fwd LH Main entry door. I was fortunate enough to fly on a post engine change test flight LHR/LHR with T&Go at Stansted on 29/10/89.
